Hands On is a new program to involve young people in missions work. It is a volunteer experience geared towards college students and young adults that will allow them to join field personnel in their efforts to reach the lost. Those participating in this program will be called upon to use whatever skills they have, as tools to help start new churches and share about Jesus Christ with people, who may have never even heard His name. The WESTERN EUROPE REGION currently has about 30 open Hands On requests beginning in 2009. Ask the Father to call young people to respond to these requests to spread the Good News. The German church in a suburb of Hamburg that had an English Language Camp in March is planning a grill out this weekend, as a follow up with the kids and their families. One family has been attending services regularly since the camp. Please intercede for this family to come to know the Son. Petition with TEHAM members for this church, as they bravely reach out in love to their community for the glory of the Father.
Please intercede for workers in BERLIN (GERMANY), as they run a Christian book table twice a week at an immigrant market. There have been many opportunities to share the Word with people, who believe in another world religion. Ask the Father to bring the workers in Berlin into contact with those who are seeking to know the truth about the Son.
